Camping regulations
Welcome to the event camping Overloon!
To keep everyone’s stay pleasant and safe we need some play rules.
We ask all guests to adhere to the following rules:
Arrival & Departure
The campsite only offers weekend and long weekend tickets. It is not possible to book for one night or more than 3 nights.
Check-in: from 8:00 on the day of arrival. On Friday 16 May you can check in from 15:00.
Check-out: before 11:00 on the day of departure.
Upon arrival you will receive a garbage bag, a map of the terrain, and a copy of the camping rules.
Tents must be placed in the marked and assigned area.
Fire lanes and emergency exits must always remain clear.
Hygiene and sanitation
Toilets and free showers are available and will be cleaned at least 3 times a day during the event.
The showers are open from 07:00 to 22:00, please keep the sanitary facilities clean for the next user.
Waste management
Upon arrival you will be given a garbage bag. Make sure that all waste is placed in this bag.
It is mandatory to leave the campsite clean.
On departure you can leave the garbage bag you received at the camping spot.
It is only permitted to use garbage bags provided by the campsite.
Additional items are available at the reception for € 2.00 each.
Only the waste in these garbage bags may be left at the campsite.
Music & Sound
Keep the volume of music low, so that it does not cause any inconvenience to other guests.
After 23:00 it is forbidden to play music or be noisy. This is to ensure the night’s rest of all campers and the surrounding area.
The use of amplified sound equipment is not permitted.
Silence & sleep
After 23:00, please consider the sleep of other guests. Silence on the campsite is of great importance.
Night lighting is present on the camping site.
Acces & Security
All camping guests will receive a wristband. Only persons with a wristband will be allowed on the camping site.
Camping guests can receive day visitors.
Day visitors must report to the reception and can receive a separate wristband for a fee (€3.-) to stay on the camping site and must leave the camping site before 20.00h.
Visiting guests will be registered.
There is no free access to the camping site.
The camping site will have with permanent surveillance.
The parking areas are also permanently monitored during the event. Lock your car properly.
Despite the surveillance, the organization cannot be held liable for burglary and/or theft.
The camping site is separated from the sports park to guarantee the privacy and safety of the guests.
We’d like to inform you that wearing German WWII uniforms and helmets is totally forbidden at the Milicamping.
This also applies, of course, for wearing Nazi-symbols in any form.
Parking & traffic flow
Parking is only permitted in the designated parking areas with a valid parking ticket.
A stop and drop area is available on the Raayweg (see the map) for dropping off luggage. This may remain occupied for a maximum of 10 minutes to promote the flow of other guests.
Motor vehicles, campers, caravans, trailer tents and similar are not permitted on the camping site
BBQs & cooking
The use of gas a BBQs with small gas bottles (max 6kg) is permitted. Open fires (fire basket) are strictly prohibited.
Before lighting a BBQ, check that it is in a safe environment.
Water and electricity
Water points are available for filling jerry cans. Jerry cans can be purchased at reception.
Phones can be charged for free in the clubhouse at the catering facility .
WiFi
Free WiFi is available on the campsite. Please note that the network is shared.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the camping grounds.
Safety instructions
Please be aware about the safety instructions, you will find them at the entrance and at the rear side the handed out map.
Acceptance of the regulations
Instructions from the organization must of course be followed and in unforeseen circumstances the decision of the organization is leading.
When booking your stay you agree to these rules and with this we make it possible for everyone to enjoy a stay at the event camping.
